Welcome! If your organization offers a low-barrier career pathway program suitable for Chicagoland young adults, we would love to include your program in the Chicagoland CareerPathways directory.

If your organization does not yet appear in the directory and you would like to be considered for addition to the directory, please provide the information requested below. All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required for form submission. This form is short, and you must complete all of the required items in one session. While you are able to edit this information after you receive your login credentials, you cannot save and return to this application form.

After submitting your information, you will hear back from us within a few business days. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact us at help@careerpathways.net.

If a program offered by your organization already appears in the directory and you would like to add another program, there Is no need to complete this form. Instead, click here to log into our provider portal. If you do not have access to your organization's account or are otherwise unable to log in, contact us at help@careerpathways.net.
