We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. The contents of the Directory (including, but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content) are protected under the copyright laws of the United States. You agree to abide by all copyright notices and/or restrictions contained in the Directory. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. Owners of this directory may, at their sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part  of the Website, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding materials appearing on the site and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitation of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive any such termination.
